Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Our ex-works price list is the net price. UK customers need to add VAT at the current rate. EU customers will have to supply their VAT number where applicable. Delivery, crating and shipping costs that are applicable will be given at the time of quotation as this depends on the final destination. The full cost of the item including delivery and/or crating and shipping and VAT, where applicable will be supplied before you place your order.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake. You will be advised if this is the case and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available we will not supply substitute goods. However, we may offer you an alternative for you to consider.
All goods are supplied on a cash with order basis unless alternative
terms are offered or agreed.
All deliveries must be signed
for as in pefect condition and any claims notified to us and the
carrier etc., at the time of delivery.
Work will not be started until final approval of size, specification,
design etc., and payment has been received. Your completion of then
measurement and design specifications, where required will be deemed to be an
instruction for us to proceed and use these details in our manufacture.
Once production has commenced we do not accept cancellation or returns, on any items made or modified to your specific requirements.
All goods supplied have vat, where applicable, at the current
rate added to our net prices.
We reserve the right to change prices and specifications as
conditions regarding raw materials and production costs require.
We reserve the right to photograph and publicise any work produced
or sold by ourselves unless specifically instructed not to do
so.
All quotations are valid for 30 days after which time the customer
is responsible for checking the current price of any work. If
customers designs, specifications, illustrations, photographs,
samples, etc., are lost or damaged while in our possession, only
the material value of the paper, CD, disc, negative, transparancy,
artwork, etc., will be refunded.
All enquirers and customers will be added to our database and
if you tick the permission box, may be sent details of new products
and developments from time to time.
Full details of delivery, colours, printing, making, cleaning,
copyright, originals, and any other specific points are to be
found in various parts of our literature and websites.
Where possible, at the prices quoted, our products are manufactured
in the UK. We will replace any item found to be defective
in materials or due to our production up to one year from date
of purchase.
